1. General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the Radość – rooms and apartments website, available at radoscrewal.pl, including the form used to send enquiries.
The service provider is Ewa Biernacka-Fröhlich, who runs the establishment Radość – rooms and apartments, ul. Warszawska 8, 72-344 Rewal, NIP 8511550303, REGON 320040405, email: rewal_radosc@wp.pl.
These Terms are made available free of charge in a form that allows them to be saved and printed.
2. Types and scope of electronic services
The website allows you, free of charge, to:
- browse information about the establishment, its rooms, facilities and surroundings;
- go to the external websites indicated on the site;
- send an enquiry about a stay using the contact form.
The content browsing service begins when you enter the website and ends when you leave it. The form service begins when you start using the form and ends when the message is sent or when you decide not to send it. The user may stop using the services at any time by closing the page.
3. Technical requirements and risks
To use the website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser that supports HTML, CSS and JavaScript and – if you are expecting a reply by email – an active email address.
The form is protected by the Cloudflare Turnstile service. Disabling JavaScript, blocking necessary network connections or using an outdated browser may limit the functioning of the form.
Typical risks associated with using the internet include malware, phishing attempts and impersonation of other people. Users should keep their software up to date, protect access to their email and verify the sender of a message before sharing confidential information.
4. Rules for using the website
The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law, good practice and these Terms. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- submitting content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringes the rights of third parties;
- attempting to bypass the form’s security measures or disrupting the operation of the website;
- automatically sending unsolicited messages and using the form for spam;
- impersonating another person.
The content, page layout, designations and graphic materials are protected by law. Using them beyond permitted use requires the consent of the rights holder.
5. An enquiry is not a booking
Submitting the form, sending an email or contacting us by phone serves to start a conversation about availability. Sending an enquiry in itself does not result in the conclusion of an accommodation contract or the making of a booking.
Availability, price, the selected room type, dates and other terms are confirmed individually by the service provider in further communication. A contract for a stay is concluded only on terms expressly agreed by the parties.
This document is the terms of use of the website and the form. Online bookings can be made using the RoomAdmin booking form on the Reservations page; the terms of payment, deposit and cancellation are set out in the booking form and in the confirmation sent by the property.
6. Complaints concerning electronic services
Comments and complaints concerning the operation of the website or the form can be sent:

Where possible, the complaint should describe the problem, state the date on which it occurred and indicate how the user wishes to receive a reply. The complaint will be dealt with without undue delay, within the time limit laid down by applicable law. The absence of non-mandatory information will not result in the complaint being rejected if it can be examined on the basis of the data available.
7. Website availability and liability
The service provider makes every effort to keep the information up to date and the website working properly. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, a failure, the actions of infrastructure providers or an event beyond the service provider’s control.
External links lead to websites managed by other entities. Once you go to such a website, its own rules and privacy policy apply.
No provision of these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Personal data and final provisions

Polish law applies to services provided electronically. These Terms may be amended, in particular due to changes in the law, the website’s functions or the service provider’s details. The new version applies from the date indicated on the website and does not affect rights acquired before it came into force.
